The League of California Cities Women’s Caucus is here for you.

We are building stronger communities throughout California by helping our members lead more effectively and succeed on every level.

As an official, non-partisan affiliate of the League of California Cities, the Women’s Caucus is a leadership and advocacy group focused on supporting elected officials, increasing the number of women in elected office, and advocating for public policy and budget priorities that benefit the women and children of California.

    The LOCC Women’s Caucus provides support for women in elected office and local government leadership positions throughout California. You’ll always have peers to consult with and resources to utilize.

    Political connections are always important. The more people you know around the state, the further you can go. But the LOCC Women’s Caucus also produces genuine connections that can turn into a mentor, friend, or sounding board throughout your elected career.

    Together we advocate for public policy and budget priorities that benefit women and families at the state level. Our top policy priorities include women and the economy, child care, women and the budget, women in the media, and women veterans.

    The Women’s Caucus can help you get up to speed on management practices and issues that affect your job. With our unique tutoring and mentoring you’ll get the media training and public policy education you deserve. It’s a highly valuable group for anyone trying to navigate local politics.
